LYNLEY PARK

Beyond staff designed, tendered and monitored the construction works for a 52 lot residential subdivision in Omokoroa. This was a very challenging site and it tested all parties involved in the project.

JOHNSTONE CONSTRUCTION

Beyond staff completed the setout survey of the key building elements of a new service station at Tauriko. The team carried out a boundary redefinition, setout the shop, carwash, canopy, retaining walls and various drainage and kerb features on site and issued setout certification to the client.

HARBOUR RIDGE

Beyond staff have designed Stage 1 and commenced design on Stage 2 of the Harbour Ridge subdivision at Omokoroa which will ultimately reach 300 – 400 lots. This involved large cuts and fills on a hilly site, alongside a Council road upgrade. The contractor used machine guidance for the earthworks, and we were able to upload our models to his earthmoving equipment as we completed the design, saving significant time and cost.

JOYCE ROAD WATER TREATMENT PLANT

Beyond staff obtained the regional earthworks, stormwater discharge consents and outline plan approval required for the construction of a second water reservoir at Joyce Road, Pyes Pa. We have assisted with planning and surveying on several large infrastructure projects around Tauranga City.
