Beyond Ltd was established in 2017 following the acquisition of Birch Surveyors Tauranga operation by its manager, Carl Salmons.
Our staff, all from different backgrounds have come together over a period of five years in Tauranga to form a driven team of professionals who strive for their clients and each other.
As the nature of our business and the surveying, planning and land development engineering professions are constantly evolving, we felt that the name 'Beyond' was appropriate. It signifies that the work we do and the decisions we often make on behalf of our clients are enduring through future generations.
We encourage our staff to achieve a work/life balance and have facilitated this by providing flexible hours - fit work around your life.
We have ambitions to influence the Surveying, Planning and Land Development Engineering sectors in Tauranga and New Zealand in a positive way through sticking to our core values of hard work, knowledge, fairness and curiosity.
